Chris passed away peacefully on 27th February, surrounded by her closest family at St Michael's Hospice. The hospice provided outstanding care and support throughout the last couple of months of her life. We are eternally grateful to all of the staff for treating Chris and her family with respect, dignity and compassion. Chris wished that all donations would go towards the hospice to support their continued efforts in caring for patients and their families. We would be extremely grateful if you could donate a small amount in her honour.

She is much loved and will always be remembered. ♡
